Czynności procesowe a czynności cywilnoprawne – zarys problematyki

On the 50th anniversary of the First Integration Congress of Civilists, the article presents the state of scientific research in the area of procedural acts and civil law acts in an integrative approach. The author discusses such issues as: definitions of juridical acts and procedural acts in the context of their mutual relationships, as well as dispositive acts in procedural law and substantive law acts performed in the forms adequate for civil trial. In conclusion, it is indicated that in-depth integrative research is needed in relation to substantive and procedural law acts, not only with respect to individual acts, but also in a general manner.
