Praca magisterska przedstawia ideę rodzicielstwa bliskości na podstawie analizy treści podcastu „Matka matce” autorstwa Joanny Okuniewskiej. Celem opracowania jest omówienie głównych założeń tego nurtu wychowawczego oraz ukazanie sposobu, w jaki autorka podcastu interpretuje i realizuje jego zasady w odniesieniu do własnych doświadczeń rodzicielskich. W pracy zaprezentowano kontekst twórczości Joanny Okuniewskiej oraz dokonano analizy materiału podcastowego pod kątem wartości wychowawczych. Następnie przedstawiono teoretyczne podstawy koncepcji rodzicielstwa bliskości ukazanego w wybranych odcinkach podcastu ,,Matka matce”, jego genezę oraz znaczenie we współczesnym dyskursie pedagogicznym. Wyniki analizy wskazują, że podcast może stanowić skuteczne narzędzie promowania świadomego podejścia do wychowania, a osobiste narracje autorki sprzyjają rozwijaniu postaw opartych na empatii, uważności i otwartym dialogu z dzieckiem.

The master’s thesis presents the concept of attachment parenting based on an analysis of the podcast “Matka matce” (“Mother to mother”) by Joanna Okuniewska. The aim of the study is to discuss the main principles of this educational approach and to show how the podcast’s author interprets and applies these principles in relation to her own parenting experiences. The thesis provides an overview of Joanna Okuniewska’s creative work and analyzes the podcast content in terms of educational values. It then outlines the theoretical foundations of the attachment parenting concept as presented in selected episodes of “Matka matce”, its origins, and its significance in contemporary pedagogical discourse. The results of the analysis indicate that the podcast can serve as an effective tool for promoting a conscious approach to parenting, while the author’s personal narratives foster attitudes based on empathy, mindfulness, and open dialogue with the child.
