Niniejsza praca bada korpus platońskich dialogów pod kątem elementów filozofii pitagorejskiej, skupiając się najbardziej na perspektywie etycznej. Analiza rozpoczyna się przedstawieniem fragmentów myśli etycznej pitagorejczykow przedplatońskich, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem podziału wczesnych pitagorejczyków na akuzmatyków oraz matematyków, oraz próbą wskazania możliwych relacji między nimi a Platonem, bazując przy tym przede wszystkim na platońskim Liście VII oraz przekazach biograficznych i doksograficznych. Przeanalizowane zostały dialogi Gorgiasz, Fedon, Politeia, Timajos oraz Fileb. Wskazuje się na związki głównie z filozofią pitagorejczyków Archytasa oraz Filolaosa oraz na fakt, że mimo różnic w zakresie rozważań metafizycznych, podstawowe etyczne dogmaty pitagorejczyków, stanowią dla Platona punkt wyjścia w refleksji etycznej. Następnie, przedstawione zostają możliwe wątpliwości w kwestii przedstawionych wniosków i interpretacji, a dalej potencjalne odpowiedzi na zarzuty. W ramach konkluzji, prace zamykają rozważania na temat możliwości zaliczenia Platona do tradycji pitagorejskiej oraz sensowności kategorii „pitagoreizm”.

This work examines the corpus of Platonic dialogues for elements of Pythagorean philosophy, focusing primarily on the ethical perspective. The analysis begins by presenting fragments of pre-Platonic Pythagorean ethical thought, with particular emphasis on the division of early Pythagoreans into acousmatics and mathematics, and attempts to identify possible relationships between them and Plato, mainly based on Plato's Seventh Letter and biographical and doxographical accounts. The dialogues Gorgias, Phaedo, Republic, Timaeus, and Philebus have been analyzed. The study points out the connections mainly with the philosophy of the Pythagoreans Archytas and Philolaus and notes that despite differences in metaphysical considerations, the basic ethical dogmas of the Pythagoreans serve as a starting point for Plato in his ethical reflections. Following this, potential doubts regarding the presented conclusions and interpretations are discussed, along with possible responses to these objections. As conclusion, the work closes with considerations on the possibility of including Plato to the Pythagorean tradition and the meaningfulness of the category Pythagoreanism.
