Kocie demony i ich świat w japońskiej popkulturze.

Głównym celem pracy jest przybliżenie czytelnikowi japońskich nadnaturalnych kotów bakeneko i nekomata, przedstawienie podobieństw oraz różnic między tymi dwoma rodzajami yōkai, a przede wszystkim skupienie uwagi na relacjach prezentowanych w kulturze popularnej, które powstawały na przestrzeni lat między ludźmi a kocimi demonami. Pragnę również przybliżyć pojawiające się zjawisko kociego świata, przedstawiane we współcześnie tworzonych dziełach pop kultury.

The main focus of this work is to introduce the reader to the topic of supernatural cats called bakeneko and nekomata, to show the similarities and differences between these two types of yokai. The most important aspect presented in this work will be the relationship between humans and demon cats that has developed over the years and its representation in pop culture. Moreover, I would like to take a closer look at the cat world phenomenon as presented in modern pop culture.
