Discours féministe : une étude linguistique des chansons d’Anne Sylvestre

Niniejsza praca magisterska poświęcona jest analizie językowej piosenek Anne Sylvestre pod względem dyskursu feministycznego. Celem jest przeanalizowanie w jaki sposób Anne Sylvestre w swojej twórczości pokazuje i opisuje postaci kobiece, ich życie codziennie aż do problemów z jakimi się zmagają. Porusza między innymi tematykę taką jak macierzyństwo, seksizm, przemoc itp. Pierwszy rozdział skupia się na kontekście społeczno-historycznym oraz na metodach, na których opiera się analiza i potrzebnych środkach stylistycznych. Rozpoczyna się od głębokiego spojrzenia na feminizm, historię kobiet i ich praw, które wywalczyły oraz na pionierkach tego ruchu. Istotną częścią tego rozdziału jest podział na fale feminizmu, które stanowią podstawę dzisiejszej analizy tego ruchu. Do zamknięcia tej części służy prezentacja najważniejszych momentów związanych z historią praw kobiet we Francji. Następny podrozdział jest poświęcony feminizmie w muzyce. Pokazuje jak z biegiem czasów kobiety zaczęły używać nowych metod przekazu, aby dzielić się swoimi historiami oraz problemami i ukazuje, jak muzyka jest jedną z dziedzin, która pozwala na wolność artystyczną i stanowi środek masowego przekazu. Kolejny podrozdział stanowi krótką prezentację Anne Sylvestre, która sama w sobie nie jest przedmiotem niniejszej pracy magisterskiej, jednakże przedstawienie tej autorki jest kluczowe do zrozumienia późniejszej analizy jej piosenek. W ostatnim podrozdziale zamieszczono prezentację podstaw metodologicznych analizy dyskursu, jak też wyjaśnienie na czym polega czym tak naprawdę jest ta dziedzina i jaki jest jej materiał badawczy. Drugi rozdział jest poświęcony dokładnej analizie wybranych piosenek Anne Sylvestre, której założeniem jest doprowadzenie do zrozumienia tekstu i historii przedstawionej w tekście piosenek. Analiza skupia się szczególnie na sposobach użycia języka, środków stylistycznych, w tym porównań i analogii, co prowadzi w założeniu do wyjaśnienia zawartej w piosenkach problematyki i wiadomości - przesłania, które autorka próbuje przekazać. Podsumowanie streszcza główne punkty poruszone w rozdziałach oraz przedstawia wnioski dokonanej analizy.

This master's thesis is devoted to a linguistic analysis of the songs of Anne Sylvestre from the perspective of feminist discourse. Its aim is to examine how Anne Sylvestre presents and describes female characters in her work, their everyday lives, and the problems they face. Among the themes addressed are motherhood, sexism, violence etc. The first chapter focuses on the social and historical context, as well as on the methods and figures of speech necessaries for the analysis. It begins with an in-depth look at feminism, the history of women and the rights they fought for, as well as the pioneers of this movement. An important part of this chapter is the division into the waves of feminism, which form the basis of today’s analysis of the movement. This section concludes with a presentation of the most significant moments in the history of women’s rights in France. The next subsection is devoted to feminism in music. It demonstrates how, over time, women began to use new forms of expression to share their stories and problems and shows how music became one of the fields that allows for artistic freedom and serves as a means of mass communication. The following subsection provides a brief presentation of Anne Sylvestre, who is not the central subject of this thesis, but whose introduction is essential for understanding the later analysis of her songs. The final subsection presents the methodological foundations of discourse analysis and explains what this field actually is and what it studies. The second chapter is devoted to a detailed analysis of selected songs by Anne Sylvestre, based on an interpretation of the lyrics and the stories presented in them. Particular attention is paid to the language, stylistic devices, descriptions, and comparisons in order to fully understand the issues addressed in the songs and the message the author seeks to convey. The conclusion summarizes the main points discussed in the chapters and presents the findings of the analysis carried out.

Ce mémoire de master est consacré à l’analyse linguistique des chansons d’Anne Sylvestre sous l’angle du discours féministe. Son objectif est d’analyser la manière dont l’auteure présente et décrit, dans son œuvre, les femmes, leur vie quotidienne ainsi que les difficultés auxquelles elles sont confrontées. Elle aborde notamment des thèmes tels que la maternité, le sexisme, la violence etc. Le premier chapitre se concentre sur le contexte sociohistorique ainsi que sur les méthodes de l’analyse et sur les procédés stylistiques nécessaires. Il débute par une réflexion approfondie sur le féminisme, l’histoire des femmes et des droits qu’elles ont acquis, ainsi que sur les pionnières de ce mouvement. Une partie essentielle de ce chapitre est de voir la division en vagues du féminisme, qui constitue la base de l’analyse contemporaine de ce mouvement. Cette partie se termine par une présentation des moments les plus importants de l’histoire des droits des femmes en France. Le sous-chapitre suivant est consacré au féminisme dans la musique : il montre comment, au fil du temps, les femmes ont commencé à utiliser de nouvelles formes d’expression afin de partager leurs histoires et les problèmes auxquels elles sont confrontées, et met en évidence le fait que la musique est l’un des domaines permettant une liberté artistique et constituant un moyen de communication de masse. Le sous-chapitre suivant propose une brève présentation d’Anne Sylvestre, qui n’est pas en elle-même l’objet principal de ce mémoire, mais dont la présentation est essentielle pour comprendre l’analyse ultérieure de ses chansons. Enfin, le dernier sous-chapitre présente les fondements méthodologiques de l’analyse du discours et explique ce qu’est réellement cette discipline ainsi que son domaine d’étude. Le deuxième chapitre est consacré à une analyse détaillée de chansons choisies d’Anne Sylvestre, fondée sur la compréhension du texte et de l’histoire présentée dans chaque chanson. Il se concentre particulièrement sur l’étude du langage, des procédés stylistiques, des descriptions et des comparaisons, afin de mieux comprendre les problématiques abordées dans les chansons ainsi que le message que l’auteure cherche à transmettre. La conclusion résume les principaux points abordés dans les chapitres et présente les conclusions de l’analyse effectuée.
