Wykorzystanie technologii informacyjno-komunikacyjnych w przedsiębiorstwach w Polsce

Aktualny stan wiedzy nie dostarcza bezpośredniej odpowiedzi na pytania o ocenę stanu i uwarunkowania zastosowań technologii informacyjnych w przedsiębiorstwach. Teza rozprawy wskazuje na możliwość opracowania modelu analitycznego, wspomagającego ocenę w tym zakresie. Przeprowadzone badania objęły analizę danych statystycznych oraz wyników badania ankietowego przedsiębiorstw krajowych. Wyniki potwierdzają adekwatność poziomu zastosowań technologii do statusu ekonomicznego kraju. Czynnikiem najbardziej różnicującym ten poziom jest wielkość przedsiębiorstw, widoczny jest również istotny wpływ innych cech badanych podmiotów, m.in. otwartości na współpracę, zasięgu działań biznesowych. Uzyskane wyniki powinny przyczynić się do lepszego rozumienia uwarunkowań zastosowań technologii informacyjnych, ważnych dla rozwoju społeczno-gospodarczego kraju.

The current state of the art does not provide direct answers to the questions about the assessment of the status and conditions of ICT applications in enterprises. The underlying premise of the dissertation is that there is a possibility of developing an analytical model, supporting the assessment in this regard. The study includes an analysis of the statistical data and the survey results carried out among Polish enterprises. The findings confirm the adequacy of the level of ICT application to the country's economic status. The most important factor differentiating this level is the size of the companies. The significant influence of other factors, such as openness to collaboration and the scope of business activities has been also identified. The results should contribute to a better understanding of the determinants of ICT applications that are important for socio-economic development of the country.
