Współcześni harmoniści Puszczy Białej i ich praktyka muzyczna w świetle otwartych wywiadów terenowych

Niniejsza praca licencjacka jest efektem badań terenowych, których celem było udokumentowanie współczesnego, jak i historycznego obrazu kultury muzycznej Kurpi Białych. Poprzez przybliżenie czytelnikowi sylwetek, życiorysów oraz doświadczeń czterech muzykantów grających na harmonii pedałowej i akordeonie można spróbować odpowiedzieć na pytanie jak wyglądało życie muzyczne na wsi w przeszłości. Głównymi tematami rozmów był proces nauki gry na instrumencie, wykonywany repertuar, działalność folklorystyczna na przestrzeni lat oraz cechy charakterystyczne dla tradycji muzycznych Kurpi Białych. Dość szeroko został również opisany proces tworzenia i konserwacji harmonii. W zakończeniu pracy znajdują się wnioski oraz przemyślenia, które są wynikiem analizy wszystkich rozmów oraz subiektywnych doświadczeń zebranych podczas badań. Do pracy dołączony został aneks, który stanowi również bibliografię niniejszej pracy. Zawiera on transkrypcje oraz fotografie ze wszystkich wywiadów przeprowadzonych podczas badań terenowych.

This bachelor’s thesis is the result of the field research aimed to documenting both the contemporary and historical image of the musical culture of the Kurpie Białe. By presenting the profiles, life stories, and experiences of four folk musicians playing the folk accordion and the accordion, we may attempt to answer the question, what musical life in the countryside looked like in the past. The main topics of the interviews included the process of learning to play the instrument, the performed repertoire, folkloristic activity over the years, as well as the characteristic features of the musical traditions of the Kurpie Białe. The process of creating and maintaining the harmonium is also described in considerable detail. The conclusion of the thesis contains findings and reflections that result from the analysis of all interviews, as well as subjective experiences gathered during the research. An appendix has been included, which also serves as the bibliography of this thesis. It contains transcriptions and photographs from all interviews conducted during the fieldwork.
