Poniższa praca „Grooming - ujęcie prawne i kryminologiczne” analizuje zjawisko uwodzenia seksualnego dzieci w sieci Internet, związane z tym regulacje prawne oraz działania profilaktyczne podejmowane przez organy ścigania i organizacje wolontarystyczne. Postawiono hipotezę badawczą: Efektywność działań prewencyjnych oraz edukacyjnych zmniejsza ryzyko występowania groomingu wśród dzieci i młodzieży. Problemy badawcze koncentrują się na pytaniach: Na czym polega zjawisko groomingu?, Jakie regulacje prawne obowiązują w zakresie groomingu?, Czy istnieją skuteczne metody walki z przestępstwem groomingu?, Czy modus operandi sprawcy przestępstwa groomingu różni się od modus operandi sprawców innych przestępstw popełnionych w cyberprzestrzeni? The following paper 'Grooming - a legal and criminological perspectives' analyses the phenomenon of online sexual grooming of children, the related legal regulations and the preventive actions taken by law enforcement and voluntary organisations. The research hypothesis posed is: The effectiveness of prevention and educational activities reduces the risk of grooming among children and adolescents. The research problems focus on the questions: What is the phenomenon of grooming?, What legal regulations apply to grooming?, Are there effective methods to combat the crime of grooming?, Does the modus operandi of the perpetrator of the crime of grooming differ from the modus operandi of perpetrators of other crimes committed in cyberspace? The basic conclusion indicates that education and prevention activities are key in minimising the risk of grooming. At the same time, there is a need to introduce new initiatives and continuously reach out with awareness content to the youngest children, parents and even potential grooming perpetrators.
