Skutki majątkowe uchwalania i zmiany aktów planistycznych

Praca poświęcona jest analizie skutków finansowych uchwalania i zmiany aktów planistycznych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem renty planistycznej oraz roszczeń odszkodowawczych przewidzianych w art. 36 ustawy o planowaniu i zagospodarowaniu przestrzennym. Celem pracy jest ocena funkcjonowania mechanizmów prawnych służących równoważeniu interesów właścicieli nieruchomości oraz jednostek samorządu terytorialnego w kontekście polityki przestrzennej.

The thesis is devoted to an analysis of the financial consequences of adopting and amending planning acts, with particular emphasis on the planning gain levy and compensation claims provided for in Article 36 of the Act on Spatial Planning and Development. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the functioning of legal mechanisms designed to balance the interests of property owners and local government units in the context of spatial policy.
