Metoda wpływu osobistego w oddziaływaniach resocjalizacyjnych prowadzonych w Okręgowych Ośrodkach Wychowawczych

Praca magisterska dotyczy analizy znaczenia metody wpływu osobistego w oddziaływaniach resocjalizacyjnych prowadzonych wobec nieletnich przebywających w Okręgowych Ośrodkach Wychowawczych. Głównym celem prowadzonych badań jest ocena skuteczności przywołanej metody, opartej na autentycznej relacji między opiekunem a wychowankiem, w kształtowaniu rozwoju wewnętrznej motywacji młodzieży nieprzystosowanej społecznie do aktywnego uczestnictwa w procesie ponownej socjalizacji. W tej pracy zaprezentowano część teoretyczną - obejmującą definicje, cele oraz podstawowe funkcje i zadania resocjalizacji. Ponadto, w opracowaniu części teoretycznej skupiono się również na przedstawieniu najważniejszych aspektów dotyczących metody wpływu osobistego - na jej znaczeniu w procesie reintegracji społecznej, rodzajach oddziaływań mieszczących się w jej ramach oraz na metodach i środkach szeroko rozumianych oddziaływań resocjalizacyjnych wraz z ich efektywnością. Zawarto tutaj także aspekt dotyczący roli osobistych relacji personelu z podopiecznymi. W zwieńczeniu bloku teoretycznego zaprezentowano zagadnienia dotyczące Okręgowych Ośrodków Wychowawczych. Omówiono w nim instytucjonalny system resocjalizacji nieletnich w Polsce, przedstawiono prawne podstawy organizacji i funkcjonowania placówek przeznaczonych dla młodzieży nieprzystosowanej społecznie oraz szczegółowo opisano także działalność wychowawczą tych instytucji. Na podsumowanie części teoretycznej omówiono charakterystykę psychospołecznego funkcjonowania wychowanków. Część empiryczna tej pracy dotyczy metodologicznej koncepcji oraz realizacji badań własnych - objęto ją szczegółowym opisem zastosowanych metod, technik i narzędzi badawczych oraz przedstawiono charakterystykę próby, terenu badań i przebieg procesu badawczego. W końcowym rozdziale niniejszego opracowania skoncentrowano się na zaprezentowaniu opisu, analizy oraz interpretacji wyników badań własnych. Zakończenie pracy stanowi jej finalną część, które obejmuje podsumowanie najważniejszych wniosków wynikających z badań oraz refleksję nad praktycznymi konsekwencjami uzyskanych rezultatów.

The master's thesis concerns the analysis of the significance of the personal influence method in resocialization interventions conducted with juveniles residing in District Educational Centers. The main aim of the research is to assess the effectiveness of the aforementioned method, which is based on an authentic relationship between the caregiver and the ward, in shaping the development of the internal motivation of socially maladjusted youth to actively participate in the process of re-socialization. This thesis presents a theoretical part — including definitions, goals, as well as the basic functions and tasks of resocialization. Additionally, the theoretical section focuses on presenting the most important aspects of the personal influence method — its significance in the social reintegration process, types of interventions encompassed by this method, and the methods and means of broadly understood resocialization interventions along with their effectiveness. The role of personal relationships between staff and wards is also addressed here. At the conclusion of the theoretical block, issues concerning District Educational Centers are presented. This section discusses the institutional system of juvenile resocialization in Poland, outlines the legal basis for the organization and functioning of institutions designated for socially maladjusted youth, and provides a detailed description of the educational activities carried out in these institutions. To conclude the theoretical part, the psychosocial functioning of the wards is characterized. The empirical part of this thesis concerns the methodological concept and implementation of the author's own research — it includes a detailed description of the applied methods, techniques, and research tools, as well as a characterization of the sample, research setting, and the course of the research process. The final chapter of this work focuses on presenting the description, analysis, and interpretation of the research results. The conclusion constitutes the final part of the thesis, which includes a summary of the most important findings resulting from the research as well as reflections on the practical implications of the obtained results.
