Wpływ dofinansowania przez Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju projektów badawczo-rozwojowych na rozwój finansowy i organizacyjny przedsiębiorstw

Praca dotyczy wpływu dofinansowania projektów badawczo-rozwojowych przez Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju na rozwój finansowy i organizacyjny przedsiębiorstw. Analizę przeprowadzono na przykładzie spółki GISS sp. z o.o., która realizowała projekt badawczo-rozwojowy dotyczący opracowania innowacyjnego terminala satelitarnego VSAT w klasie Flyaway z unikatowym kontrolerem zarządzającym oraz autorską technologią wytwarzania. W pracy połączono perspektywę teoretyczną, obejmującą zagadnienia zarządzania finansami, controllingu, budżetowania i realizacji projektów B+R, z analizą empiryczną opartą na dokumentacji projektowej, sprawozdaniach finansowych, sprawozdaniach Zarządu oraz wnioskach o płatność. W części badawczej omówiono strukturę finansowania projektu, mechanizm zaliczek i refundacji, wpływ dofinansowania na płynność finansową w trakcie realizacji prac, system kontroli kosztów i raportowania oraz znaczenie projektu dla rozwoju organizacyjnego i finansowego spółki. Wyniki analizy wskazują, że wsparcie NCBR umożliwiło realizację przedsięwzięcia o wysokiej skali technologicznej i finansowej, ograniczyło presję na kapitał własny oraz sprzyjało rozwojowi kompetencji organizacyjnych GISS. Jednocześnie wpływ projektu na rozwój finansowy spółki wymaga interpretacji z uwzględnieniem szerszego kontekstu działalności przedsiębiorstwa oraz odłożonego w czasie charakteru komercjalizacji rezultatów prac B+R.

The thesis concerns the impact of funding for research and development projects provided by the National Centre for Research and Development on the financial and organizational development of enterprises. The analysis was conducted on the example of GISS sp. z o.o., a company that implemented a research and development project aimed at developing an innovative VSAT satellite terminal in the Flyaway class, equipped with a unique management controller and based on proprietary manufacturing technology. The thesis combines a theoretical perspective, covering issues related to financial management, controlling, budgeting, and the implementation of R&D projects, with an empirical analysis based on project documentation, financial statements, Management Board reports, and payment applications.

The research part discusses the project financing structure, the mechanism of advance payments and reimbursements, the impact of funding on financial liquidity during the implementation of the work, the cost control and reporting system, as well as the significance of the project for the organizational and financial development of the company. The results of the analysis indicate that NCBR support enabled the implementation of a project of high technological and financial scale, reduced pressure on the company’s own capital, and contributed to the development of GISS’s organizational competencies. At the same time, the impact of the project on the company’s financial development should be interpreted in the broader context of the enterprise’s overall activity and with consideration of the delayed nature of the commercialization of R&D results.
