Poziom świadomości Polaków w wieku 40-79 lat dotyczącej udaru mózgu i afazji

Celem poniższej pracy było zbadanie poziomu świadomości Polaków w wieku od 40. do 79. roku życia dotyczącej udaru mózgu, jego przyczyn i skutków, udzielania pierwszej pomocy w trakcie udaru, a także działań logopedycznych w wypadku afazji. Analiza badawcza opierała się na wynikach uzyskanych w ankiecie skonstruowanej przez autorkę pracy. Praca składa się z trzech rozdziałów. W pierwszym przedstawiono teoretyczne podstawy pracy, w tym medyczne aspekty udarów krwotocznych i niedokrwiennych, psychospołeczne funkcjonowanie osób po udarze mózgu oraz logopedyczne ujęcie afazji, w tym diagnozę i terapię. Rozdział drugi objął część metodologiczną badań, w tym cele, metody i techniki oraz pytania i hipotezy badawcze. Pytania badawcze dotyczyły przyczyn i następstw udaru mózgu, przeciwdziałania wystąpienia incydentów neurologicznych, a także terapii i diagnozy logopedycznej w afazji. Opracowanie badań na podstawie ankiety opisano w rozdziale trzecim.

The aim of the following study was to examine the level of awareness of Poles aged 40 to 79 regarding stroke, its causes and effects, the providing first aid during a stroke, as well as speech therapy interventions in the case of aphasia. The research analysis was based on the results obtained from a survey constructed by the author of the study. The work consists of three chapters. The first one presents the theoretical foundations of the work, including the medical aspects of hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes, the psychosocial functioning of people after a stroke, and the speech therapy perspective on aphasia, including diagnosis and therapy. The second chapter contains the methodological part of the research, including objectives, methods and techniques, as well as research questions and hypotheses. The research questions concerned the causes and consequences of stroke, the prevention of neurological incidents, and speech therapy diagnosis and treatment in aphasia. The survey-based research findings are described in chapter three.
