Rola i miejsce w systemie bezpieczeństwa Turcji Narodowej Organizacji Wywiadowczej (MIT)

Niniejsza praca bada znaczenie i położenie w systemie bezpieczeństwa Turcji Narodowej Organizacji Wywiadowczej (MIT). Autorka przybliżyła pojęcia wywiadu i systemu bezpieczeństwa państwa. Dokonano analizy systemu bezpieczeństwa Republiki Turcji oraz Narodowej Organizacji Wywiadowczej. Do rozwiązania problemu badawczego pomocne było postawienie następującej hipotezy badawczej – Narodowa Organizacja Wywiadowcza Turcji jest istotnym elementem systemu bezpieczeństwa państwa. Realizuje zadania zmierzające do neutralizacji zagrożeń oraz dostarcza najwyższym organom władzy państwowej istotne informacje, które pomagają kształtować politykę bezpieczeństwa kraju. Badanie problemu ukazało zależności między poszczególnymi elementami systemu bezpieczeństwa Turcji oraz pozycję MIT w tej strukturze. Najwięcej wartościowych danych dostarczyły oficjalne strony internetowe instytucji rządowych oraz akty prawne Republiki Turcji. Efektem przeprowadzonej analizy było umiejscowienie Narodowej Organizacji Wywiadowczej w systemie bezpieczeństwa Turcji. Dostrzeżono także znaczenie tego podmiotu w kształtowaniu polityki bezpieczeństwa narodowego.

This master thesis examines the importance and the position of the National Intelligence Organization (MIT) within the security system of Turkey. The author introduces the concepts of an intelligence and a security system of a state. The following research hypothesis was used to address the research problem: the National Intelligence Organization of Turkey is an important element of the state’s security system. It carries out tasks aimed at neutralizing threats and provides the highest state authorities with important information that helps shape the country's security policy. The study revealed the relationship between the various elements of Turkey's security system and the position of the MIT within this structure. The most valuable data was provided by the official websites of government institutions and the legal acts of the Republic of Turkey. The analysis resulted in the positioning of the National Intelligence Organization within Turkey's security system. The author also recognized the entity's importance in shaping national security policy.
