Ewolucja mechanizmów antykorupcyjnych w Ukrainie po 2014

W ramach niniejszej pracy mam na celu przedstawić Ewolucję mechanizmów antykorupcyjnych w Ukrainie po 2014 roku. Postawiłem następujące pytania badawcze: Jaka jest historia korupcji? Czym jest korupcja? Czym są mechanizmy antykorupcyjne? Czym jest integracja europejska? Jaki jest wpływ Unii Europejskiej na państwo kandydujące? Jak Unia Europejska wpływa na zmiany w Ukrainie? Jaki jest rozwój mechanizmów antykorupcyjnych w Ukrainie? Wszystkie wyżej wymienione pytania badawcze rozpisałem dokładnie w ramach niniejszej pracy. Integracja europejska jest strategicznym celem w ramach rozwoju Ukrainy. W ramach pracy opisałem historię stosunków między Ukrainą i Unią Europejską od 1991 roku. Przeanalizowałem podejście obywateli Ukrainy do problematyki korupcji i poziom zaufania do instytucji antykorupcyjnych. W 2014 roku Ukraina ostatecznie zdecydowała dołączyć się do struktur Unii Europejskiej i zaczęła proces negocjacji oraz przygotowania do integracji m.in. w zakresie systemu prawnego związanego z przeciwdziałaniem korupcji. W ramach integracji europejskiej Ukraina zobowiązana będzie dopasować się do wymogów i standardów Unii Europejskiej poprzez wprowadzenie różnego rodzaju reform, również w zakresie polityki antykorupcyjnej.

Within the framework of this thesis, I aim to present the Evolution of anti-corruption mechanisms in Ukraine after 2014. I have posed the following research questions: What is the history of corruption? What is corruption? What are anti-corruption mechanisms? What is European integration? What is the impact of the European Union on a candidate country? How is the European Union influencing change in Ukraine? What is the development of anti-corruption mechanisms in Ukraine? I have elaborated all the above research questions thoroughly within the framework of this thesis. European integration is a strategic goal within the development of Ukraine. Within the framework of the thesis I have described the history of relations between Ukraine and the European Union since 1991. I analysed Ukrainian citizens' attitudes towards corruption and the level of trust in anti-corruption institutions. In 2014, Ukraine finally decided to join the structures of the European Union and began the process of negotiation and preparation for integration in, among other things, the legal system related to anti-corruption. As part of European integration, Ukraine will be obliged to adapt to the requirements and standards of the European Union by introducing various types of reforms, including in the field of anti-corruption policy.
