Subskrypcje cyfrowe w prawie konsumenckim UE

Niniejsza praca stanowi analizę prawnego modelu subskrypcji cyfrowych oraz miejsca tego modelu systemie prawa unijnego. Analiza koncentruje się na wybranych problemach ochrony konsumenta związanych z subskrypcjami cyfrowymi w perspektywie normatywnej i praktycznej, na tle obowiązujących i projektowanych regulacji obejmujących zarówno prawo unijne, jak i prawo wybranych państw członkowskich. Celem pracy jest jednocześnie próba wypracowania nowoczesnego standardu ochrony konsumenta w obszarze subskrypcji cyfrowych.

This thesis constitutes an analysis of the legal model of digital subscriptions and the place of this model within the system of European Union law. The analysis focuses on selected consumer protection issues related to digital subscriptions from both a normative and a practical perspective, against the background of existing and proposed regulations encompassing European Union law as well as the law of select Member States. At the same time, the thesis seeks to contribute to the development of a modern standard of consumer protection in the field of digital subscriptions.
