Imprezy masowe w Warszawie, analiza wydarzeń w latach 2019-2024

Praca podejmuje tematykę związaną z organizacją imprez masowych oraz obiektami przeznaczonymi do organizacji takich wydarzeń. Pod uwagę wzięto perspektywę miasta Warszawy. W części teoretycznej przywołano historię wydarzeń masowych, aspekt formalno-prawny ich organizacji, a także odwołano się do pozytywnych i negatywnych skutków organizacji imprez masowych biorąc pod uwagę perspektywę miasta oraz mieszkańców. Część badawczą pracy stanowi analiza imprez masowych w latach 2019-2024, której celem było zbadanie w jakich obiektach odbywa się najwięcej imprez masowych oraz jakiego rodzaju są to imprezy. W badanym okresie organizacja imprez masowych został mocno ograniczona z powodu wybuchu pandemii COVID-19. Aspekt ten również uwzględniono w analizie, podejmując próbę oceny wpływu pandemii na rynek imprez masowych w Warszawie. Wnioski z analizy pozwalają stwierdzić, że imprezy masowe w Warszawie zyskują na znaczeniu i przyciągają uczestników z kraju i zagranicy. Warszawskie obiekty wykorzystywane do organizacji imprez masowych są w większości dobrze skomunikowane z centrum Warszawy. Analiza liczby i rodzajów wydarzeń, biorąc pod uwagę dostępne obiekty, pozwala stwierdzić, że w Warszawie brakuje hali widowiskowo-sportowej, która pozwoliłaby Warszawie wykorzystać pełny potencjał w zakresie organizacji różnorodnych imprez masowych. Analiza wpływu pandemii na imprezy masowe pozwala stwierdzić, że w roku 2024 r. liczba imprez wróciła do stanu sprzed pandemii (2019 r.).

The thesis deals with topics related to the organisation of mass events and venues for such events. The perspective of the city of Warsaw was taken into account. The theoretical part recalls the history of mass events, the formal and legal aspect of their organisation, as well as refers to the positive and negative effects of the organisation of mass events taking into account the perspective of the city and the inhabitants. The research part of the study is an analysis of mass events in the period 2019-2024, the aim of which was to investigate in which venues the most mass events take place and what type of events they are. During the period under study, the organisation of mass events was severely curtailed due to the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic. This aspect was also included in the analysis in an attempt to assess the impact of the pandemic on the mass event market in Warsaw. The conclusions of the analysis allow us to conclude that mass events in Warsaw are gaining in importance and attracting participants from Poland and abroad. Warsaw venues used for mass events are mostly well connected to the centre of Warsaw. Analysis of the number and types of events, taking into account the available facilities, allows us to conclude that Warsaw lacks a sports and entertainment hall that would allow Warsaw to use its full potential for the organisation of various mass events. An analysis of the impact of the pandemic on mass events makes it possible to conclude that the number of events has returned to its pre-pandemic status in 2024 (2019).
