El narrador (in)maduro.
Dzięki temu wykażemy zależność budowania tożsamości człowieka od wydarzeń, jakie go dotykają.

The purpose of this work is to analyze the narrative in the novel Kamchatka by Argentinian writer Marcelo Figueras, referring to the theory of narrative identity according to Paul Ricœur. Since memory is central to understanding this theory, we will present the idea of post-memory and the related concept of generation 1.5, which, in turn, we will once relate to the historical background corresponding to the events in the novel – the 1976-1983 dictatorship in Argentina. In this way, we will demonstrate the dependence of the construction of a person's identity on the events that affect them. To achieve the main goal of the work, we will take the complexity of the narrative presented in the book to the workshop, using Gerard Genette's narratological tools. In this story, the narrator is presented from two time perspectives: the past (childhood) and the present (adulthood). Through their analysis, we will demonstrate how their interaction (and thus the passage of time) affects identity formation.
