Status Prawny Posła w Polce w świetle obowiązujących przepisów

Niniejsza praca poświęcona jest problematyce statusu posła oraz elementom, które wpływają na jego obecny wygląd w przepisach RP. Praca została podzielona na 7 rozdziałów, w każdym z nich szczegółowo opisane jest wykonywanie funkcji posła. Praca została napisana na podstawie aktów normatywnych takich jak: Konstytucja RP, Ustawa o wykonywaniu mandatu posła i senatora oraz Regulamin Sejmu RP. Pierwszy rozdział skupia się na historycznych aspektach powiązanych z mandatem poselskim i polskim parlamentaryzmem. Rozdział drugi wprowadza wstępnie do tematyki pracy i opisuje zasady mandatu w obecnych przepisach RP. Rozdział trzeci opisuje najważniejsze prawa i obowiązki poselskie na podstawie obowiązującej ustawy zasadniczej. Rozdział czwarty skupia się na ustawie o wykonywaniu mandatu posła i senatora, która w całości wpływa na status posła. W rozdziale piątym kontynuowana jest tematyka praw i obowiązków na podstawie ustawy o wykonywaniu mandatu posła i senatora z rozdziału czwartego. Natomiast rozdział szósty porusza kwestie związane ze stanem majątkowym posłów. Rozdział siódmy skupia się na pracy posłów wewnątrz Sejmu na podstawie uchwały Regulamin Sejmu.

This work is devoted to the issue of the status of an MP and the elements that influence its current appearance in the provisions of the Republic of Poland. The work is divided into 7 chapters, each of which describes in detail the performance of the function of an MP. The work was written on the basis of normative acts such as: the Constitution of the Republic of Poland, the Act on the exercise of the mandate of a deputy and senator and the Regulations of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland. The first chapter focuses on historical aspects related to the parliamentary mandate and Polish parliamentarism. The second chapter introduces the subject of the work and describes the principles of the mandate in the current regulations of the Republic of Poland. The third chapter describes the most important parliamentary rights and obligations under the applicable Constitution. Chapter four focuses on the Act on the exercise of the mandate of a deputy and senator, which entirely affects the status of a deputy. Chapter five continues the topic of rights and obligations under the Act on the exercise of the mandate of MPs and senators from chapter four. The sixth chapter discusses issues related to the financial status of MPs. Chapter seven focuses on the work of deputies inside the Sejm on the basis of the Regulations of the Sejm resolution.
