Działania prewencyjne w zakresie cyberbezpieczeństwa w Poczcie Polskiej: Analiza.

W związku z ciągłymi zmianami w świecie cyfrowym, co raz to nowymi zagrożeniami płynącymi z wirtualnego świata, nieustannie należy podejmować działania mające na celu zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa w cyberprzestrzeni. Praca pt. „Działania prewencyjne w zakresie cyberbezpieczeństwa w Poczcie Polskiej: Analiza poświęcona została analizie działań prewencyjnych związanych z cyberbezpieczeństwem w Poczcie Polskiej S.A. Składa się ona z czterech rozdziałów. Pierwszy z nich dotyczy wpływu rozwoju Internetu na zagrożenia cyberprzestępczością. W tej części omówiono czym jest cyberbezpieczeństwo, przedstawiono historię Internetu, jego wpływ na rozwój cyberprzestępczości oraz czynniki determinujące bezpieczeństwo w sieci. Zawarto również informacje odnośnie do zadań i wytycznych dotyczących cyberbezpieczeństwa przez NASK. Drugi rozdział dotyczy regulacji prawnych w Polsce dotyczących cyberbezpieczeństwa, tj. ustawa o krajowym systemie cyberbezpieczeństwa, kodeks karny, Strategia Cyberbezpieczeństwa RP na lata 2019-2024, Rządowy Klaster Cyberbezpieczeństwa, Krajowy system oceny i certyfikacji. Trzeci rozdział dotyczy działań Poczty Polskiej S.A. w zakresie cyberbezpieczeństwa i zawiera m.in. charakterystykę spółki i jej historię, działania jakie podejmuje w zakresie cyberbezpieczeństwa oraz opis wybranych incydentów. Czwarty rozdział to opis działań prewencyjnych podejmowanych przez Pocztę Polską. Ta część zawiera również ocenę świadomości pracowników Spółki dotyczącą zagrożeń płynących z cyberprzestrzeni.

Due to the constant changes in the digital world, each time new threats emanating from the virtual world, it is necessary to constantly take measures to ensure security in cyberspace. The paper entitled Preventive actions in the field of cybersecurity at Poczta Polska: Analysis'' she is devoted to the analysis of preventive actions related to cybersecurity in the Polish Post. The first of them concerns the impact of the development of the Internet on the threats of cybercrime. In this part we discuss what cybersecurity is, present the history of the Internet, its impact on the development of cybercrime and the factors determining the security in the network. Information on the tasks and guidelines for cybersecurity by NASK is also included. The second chapter deals with legal regulations in Poland regarding cybersecurity, i.e. the Act on the National Cybersecurity System, the Criminal Code, the Cybersecurity Strategy of the Republic of Poland for the years 2019-2024, the Government Cybersecurity Cluster, the National Assessment and Certification System. The third chapter deals with the activities of Poczta Polska S.A. in the field of cybersecurity and contains, among others, the characteristics of the company and its history, the actions it takes in the field of cybersecurity, and a description of selected incidents. The fourth chapter describes the preventive measures taken by Poczta Poland. This section also includes an assessment of the awareness of the Company's employees regarding the threats posed by cyberspace.
