DILEMAS ENTORNO DA DESPATOLOGIZAÇÃO TRANS: OU QUANDO O DISCURSO BIOMÉDICO SE TORNA ESTRATÉGIA DE LUTA

Badanie ma na celu omówienie kwestii depatologizacja tożsamości transpłciowych, obecnych w dyskursach, które kierują walkami o ustanowienie i rozszerzenie obywatelstwa LGBT+ oraz dostęp do polityk publicznych. Propozycja ma na celu zrozumienie, w jaki sposób dyskurs biomedyczny przekształca się w strategię walki, o artykulacji dyskursów politycznych i jako codziennej praktyce w życiu pojedynczych podmiotów, które poszukują procesu transseksualizacji oferowanego przez SUS. Refleksja jest umiejscowiona w zakresie interdyscyplinarnym, pod względem przeglądu bibliograficznego, a teoretyczno-metodologiczne podstawy są ustrukturyzowane w oparciu o prace na temat praworządności i analizy dyskursu o orientacji Foucaulta.

The research aims to discuss issues regarding the depathologization of trans gender identities, present in the discourses that guide the struggles for the establishment and expansion of LGBT+ citizenship, and access to public policies. The proposal is to understand how the biomedical discourse is transformed into a strategy of struggle, about the articulation of political discourses and as a daily practice in the lives of singular subjects, who seek the transsexualization process offered by the SUS. The reflection is situated in the interdisciplinary scope, in terms of the bibliographic review and the theoretical-methodological foundation is structured based on works on the rule of law and discourse analysis, of Foucaultian orientation.

A pesquisa tem como objetivo debater questões sobre a despatologização das identidades de gênero trans, presentes nos discursos que orientam as lutas pela efetivação, ampliação da cidadania LGBT+, e o acesso às políticas públicas. A proposta é entender como o discurso biomédico se transmuta em estratégia de luta, sobre a articulação dos discursos políticos e como prática cotidiana da vida dos sujeitos singulares, que buscam o processo transexualizador ofertado pelo SUS. A reflexão está situada no âmbito interdisciplinar, nos termos da revisão bibliográfica e a fundamentação teórica-metodológica se estrutura a partir dos trabalhos sobre estado de direito e análise do discurso, de orientação foucaultiana.
