W pracy poruszona została problematyka roli dezinformacji w kształtowaniu polityki zagranicznej w kontekście konfliktu rosyjsko-ukraińskiego. Przebadane oraz przeanalizowane zostały mechanizmy, narzędzia i strategie dezinformacyjne stosowane przez strony konfliktu, a także ich wpływ na relacje międzynarodowe i stabilność globalną. Uwzględniono zarówno historyczne uwarunkowania konfliktu, jak i aktualną wiedzę w kontekście najnowszych badań nad wojną hybrydową. Głównym celem teoretycznym pracy jest zgłębienie roli dezinformacji w kształtowaniu polityki zagranicznej oraz określenie jej wpływu na stabilność międzynarodową. Cel praktyczny natomiast obejmuje próbę oceny skuteczności zarówno rosyjskich, jak i ukraińskich działań informacyjnych w kontekście budowania międzynarodowych sojuszy oraz mobilizowania wsparcia dla swoich narracji. Przeprowadzone badania i analizy dostarczają nowej perspektywy na temat roli dezinformacji we współczesnych konfliktach, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem konfliktu rosyjsko-ukraińskiego, pozwalając na lepsze zrozumienie jej wpływu na politykę zagraniczną oraz bezpieczeństwo międzynarodowe

The thesis discusses the role of disinformation in shaping foreign policy in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict. The mechanisms, tools and disinformation strategies used by the parties to the conflict were examined and analyzed, as well as their impact on international relations and global stability. Both the historical determinants of the conflict and current knowledge in the context of the latest research on hybrid warfare are considered. The main theoretical goal of the thesis is to explore the role of disinformation in shaping foreign policy and to determine its impact on international stability. The practical goal, on the other hand, includes an attempt to assess the effectiveness of both Russian and Ukrainian information activities in the context of building international alliances and mobilizing support for their narratives. The research and analysis provide a new perspective on the role of disinformation in contemporary conflicts, with particular emphasis on the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, allowing for a better understanding of its impact on foreign policy and international security.
