Zaburzenia czynnościowe głosu u dzieci z dysfonią hiperfunkcjonalną. Studium wielokrotnego przypadku

Tematem i jednocześnie przedmiotem niniejszej pracy są zaburzenia czynnościowe głosu u dzieci z dysfonią hiperfunkcjonalną. Celem pracy jest wyłonienie najczęstszych przyczyn oraz objawów dysfonii hiperfunkcjonalnej u badanych dzieci. Aby go osiągnąć wykorzystano metodę wielokrotnego studium przypadku jako najefektywniejszy sposób opisu oraz jakościowej analizy diagnoz osób z zaburzeniami czynnościowymi głosu. Wybrana tematyka, a także cel badania narzuciły pracy pewien określony porządek. W pierwszej części zaprezentowano teoretyczne podstawy badań. Omówione w niej zostały kwestie dotyczące anatomii narządu głosotwórczego, a także zaburzeń czynnościowych głosu. Drugi rozdział pracy to część metodologiczna, w której opisany został przedmiot badania, jego cel, a także zastosowane metody, techniki i narzędzia badawcze. W ostatnim rozdziale przedstawiono wyniki przeprowadzonych badań, wraz z omówieniem problemów badawczych i rozstrzygnięciem hipotezy głównej. Pracę zamyka podsumowanie wraz z zebranymi wynikami oraz wnioskami dotyczącymi terapii osób z zaburzeniami czynnościowymi głosu. Na końcu pracy znajduje się aneks, spis tabel oraz bibliografia.

The subject and focus of this study is functional voice disorders in children with hyperfunctional dysphonia. The aim of the study is to identify the most common causes and symptoms of hyperfunctional dysphonia in the children studied. To achieve this, the multiple case study method was used as the most effective way to describe and qualitatively analyse the diagnoses of people with functional voice disorders. The chosen subject matter, as well as the aim of the study, imposed a certain order on the work. The first part presents the theoretical basis of the study. It discusses issues concerning the anatomy of the vocal tract, as well as functional voice disorders. The second chapter of the work is the methodological part, which describes the subject of the study, its purpose, as well as the methods, techniques and research tools used. The final chapter presents the results of the research conducted, including a discussion of the research problems and the resolution of the main hypothesis. The paper closes with a summary, including the collected results and conclusions regarding the therapy of people with functional voice disorders. At the end of the paper, there is an appendix, a list of tables and a bibliography.
