Celem niniejszej pracy doktorskiej jest zbadanie, czy dialog międzysądowy pomiędzy Międzynarodowym Trybunałem Sprawiedliwości a sądami krajowymi istnieje oraz zaproponowanie pewnych empirycznych i teoretycznych ram opisu tego zjawiska.

The aim of this doctoral thesis is to examine, whether there exists an inter-judicial dialogue between the International Court of Justice and municipal courts and to provide some empirical and theoretical framework in this regard.
