Wpływ kryzysów na integrację w Unii Europejskiej: studium przypadku kryzysu strefy euro, Brexitu i pandemii Covid 19

Pytaniem badawczym tej pracy jest: W jaki sposób kryzysy wpływały na integrację Unii Europejskiej? Instrumentem mającym pomóc odpowiedzieć na to pytanie będą studia przypadków: kryzysu strefy euro, kryzysu wyjścia Wielkiej Brytanii z Unii Europejskiej i kryzysu związanego z pandemią Covid 19. Można argumentować, że projekt europejski rozwijał się poprzez serię kryzysów. W ostatnich latach Unia Europejska i jej państwa członkowskie doświadczały częstych fal różnorodnych kryzysów. Niektórzy eksperci odnoszą się do ery kryzysów lub polikryzysu, koncentrując się alternatywnie na kryzysie strefy euro, napływie migracji, Brexicie, praworządności, wojnie w Ukrainie czy pandemii Covid-19. Po dogłębnej analizie przebiegu kryzysów i dostępnej literatury na ich temat, głównym wnioskiem tej pracy jest to, że kryzysy rzadko kiedy mają negatywne konsekwencje dla integracji w Unii, zwłaszcza jeśli są wywoływane przez czynniki zewnętrzne.

The research question of this work is: How did the crises affect the integration of the European Union? Case studies of the Eurozone crisis, the crisis of Britain's exit from the European Union and the Covid 19 pandemic crisis will be an instrument to help answer this question. It can be argued that the European project has evolved through a series of crises. In recent years, the European Union and its member states have experienced frequent waves of various crises. Some experts refer to the era of crises or polycrisis, focusing alternatively on the eurozone crisis, the influx of migration, Brexit, the rule of law, the war in Ukraine or the Covid-19 pandemic. After an in-depth analysis of the course of the crises and the available literature on them, the main conclusion of this work is that crises rarely have negative consequences for integration in the Union, especially if they are triggered by external factors.
