Challenges of implementation of the Common European Asylum System in the context of domestic migration policies: case study of Denmark and Poland 2015-2026.

Niniejsza praca ma na celu zbadanie wyzwań związanych z wdrażaniem Wspólnego Europejskiego Systemu Azylowego w kontekście państwa skandynawskiego: Danii i postkomunistycznej: Polski. Celem niniejszej pracy jest ocena ewolucji CEAS, a także zdefiniowanie sporów dotyczących stosowania europejskiego systemu azylowego. Niniejsze badanie analizuje wyzwania związane z poziomem migracji wewnętrznej w polityce migracyjnej zarówno w Danii, jak i w Polsce. Bada kryzys migracyjny i postawę obu rządów wobec niego. Jednocześnie analizuje charakterystykę przyznawania statusu uchodźcy w zależności od grup narodowych osób ubiegających się o azyl. Wyniki analizują różnice wdrożenia na poziomie instytucjonalnym i krajowym, a także w ramach zarządzania azylowego UE. Rozróżnia rozbieżności między państwem członkowskim Unii Europejskiej w pełni uczestniczącym w CEAS a państwem o wyjątkowej pozycji w systemie azylowym UE.

This thesis aims to investigate the challenges of the implementation of the Common European Asylum System in the context of the Scandinavian state: Denmark and Post-Communist: Poland. The objectives of this thesis are to evaluate the evolution of the CEAS as well as define the disputes of the application of the European system of asylum. This study examines challenges within domestic migration levels of the migration policy in both Denmark and Poland. Examining the migration crisis and the attitude of both governments towards it. At the same time analyzing the characteristics of granting the refugee status depending on the national groups of the seekers. The findings examine the differences of the implementation on the level of the implementation on the institutional and national level as well within the limits of the EU asylum governance. It distinguishes the discrepancy between a Member of the European Union fully participating in the CEAS and the one with an exceptional position in the EU asylum regime.
