Nielegalna adopcja w polskim prawie karnym

Tematyka pracy obejmuje problematykę adopcji nielegalnej. W pracy przedstawiono definicje oraz scharakteryzowano pojęcia związane z procesami adopcyjnymi oraz omówiono problematykę adopcji przeprowadzanych wbrew prawu. W teoretycznej części pracy przedstawiono procedury adopcyjne, określono przyczyny, które mogą wpływać na podejmowanie adopcji nielegalnych. Wykazano również, jak przebiega postępowanie karne w przypadku nielegalnych adopcji i jakie są metody unikania odpowiedzialności karnej. Drugą część pracy stanowiło badanie ankietowe wybranej grupy populacyjnej i jej wiedzy na temat legalnych i nielegalnych adopcji.

In the presented thesis, many aspects related with illegal adoption process in legal approach of article 211a demonstrated. In the sections provides definitions and a historical perspective on adoption processes. Contemporary perspective discusses the issues of illegal adoptions and in terms of trafficking in human beings. The theoretical part of the thesis presents the subject of the adoption procedures. Next identifies the causes that affect the of illegal adoptions process. The criminal side of illegal adoptions showed as well. On the other hand, what are the methods of circumventing these penalties. In the practical part of the thesis, the selected population group was surveyed and they knowledge and awareness related to the subject of legal and illegal adoptions.
