Praca przedstawia wpływ formy zarobkowania na sytuację młodych osób na rynku pracy, z uwzględnieniem analizy porównawczej dwóch najpopularniejszych form zatrudnienia – umowy o pracę i umowę zlecenie. Omówiono ogólne zagadnienia związane z funkcjonowaniem rynku pracy oraz czynniki kształtujące jego strukturę. Przedstawiono również aspekt prawny umowy o pracę i umowy zlecenia skupiając się na obowiązkach i prawach każdej ze stron, stabilności zatrudnienia oraz skutki wynikające z jej naruszenia. Ostatni rozdział skupił się na charakterystyce osób w wieku 18-30 lat wraz z przedstawieniem wyników badania własnego.

The work presents the influence of the form of earning money based on the situation of young individuals at the labour market, taking into account a comparative analysis of the two most popular forms of employment - an employment contract and a civil contract. General issues related to the functioning of the labour market and factors shaping its structure are discussed inthat work. The legal aspect of the employment contract and the contract for services is also presented, focusing on the obligations and rights of each party, the stability of employment and the effects resulting from its violation. The last chapter focuses on the characteristics of people aged 18-30, along with the presentation of the results of my own research.
