Anthropology, as a discipline, investigates human beings within the context of society. Its focus is directed towards the examination of distinctive physical attributes, industrial methodologies, societal conventions, and values that differentiate one community from others rooted in disparate traditions. From an anthropological standpoint, the customs of one society and any other tribe represent two potential social frameworks for addressing a shared issue. The anthropologist's focus lies in the study of man behaviors as he is a cultural animal, not solely as influenced by his own cultural tradition but rather as molded by any cultural tradition. It is examined within the framework of specific customs, institutions, and modes of thought that characterize a particular society, emphasizing comprehension rather than an abundance of critiques and evaluations, in order to grasp its intrinsic nature. In the field of international relations, with an existence and involvement of different types of entities and predominantly state actors the global landscape gets more interdependently complex interstate dynamic. Similar to the scrutiny applied to human societies and customs, a comprehensive analysis of international society and its cultural constituents in anthropological context is essential for a nuanced understanding of international life. In this thesis, it will be attempted to theorization of culture, conceptualizing it in terms of common norms and values, traditions and customs of international society as it is shaped by and shape state actors that are individuals of their own social systems.
