Implementacja Europejskiego Zielonego Ładu w Polsce i Holandii. Analiza porównawcza

Celem tej pracy dyplomowej jest szczegółowe porównanie determinantów implementacji Unijnego programu Europejski Zielony Ład pomiędzy Holandią a Polską. Poniższy tekst zawiera w sobie analizę porównawczą determinantów implementacji Europejskiego Zielonego Ładu w przypadku Polski oraz Holandii. Analiza prowadzona jest pod kątem relacji danych determinantów, a możliwością implementacji Europejskiego Zielonego Ładu. W swojej pracy nie podejmuję się porównania implementacji programu Europejski Zielony Ład, jedynie porównuje determinanty implementacji tego programu. Przybliżam także czytelnikowi genezę projektu i obecne wyzwania dla środowiska planety Ziemi. W tej pracy staram się udowodnić, że dane aspekty funkcjonowania państwa czy obywateli mają bezpośredni wpływ na implementację Europejskiego Zielonego Ładu. Ponadto podejmuje się próby określenia, który z determinantów ma największy wpływ na implementacje EZŁ w danym państwie. Analizuję sam projekt Europejski Zielony Ład, jego podprojekty oraz agendy. Tłumaczę także definicję oraz znaczenie idei ochrony środowiska. Zajmuję się także zdefiniowaniem podejścia państwa względem ochrony środowiska.

The aim of this thesis is a detailed comparison of the determinants of the implementation of the EU's European Green Deal program between the Netherlands and Poland. The text below contains a comparative analysis of the determinants of the implementation of the European Green Deal in the case of Poland and the Netherlands. The analysis is carried out in terms of the relationship between given determinants and the possibility of implementing the European Green Deal. In my work, I do not compare the implementation of the European Green Deal program, I only compare the determinants of the implementation of this program. I also introduce the reader to the genesis of the project and the current challenges for the environment of planet Earth. In this work, I try to prove that certain aspects of the functioning of the state or citizens have a direct impact on the implementation of the European Green Deal. Additionally, attempts are made to determine which determinants have the greatest impact on the implementation of EMS in a given country. I analyze the European Green Deal project itself, its sub-projects and agendas. I also explain the definition and meaning of the idea of ​​environmental protection. I also define the state's approach to environmental protection.
