Rosyjskie elity jako podmioty wpływów politycznych na kraje Europy Środkowej i Wschodniej (w latach 2000–2022)

Praca poświęcona jest analizie wpływu rosyjskich elit na kraje Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej. Opierając się na teoretycznych koncepcjach elit i strukturze rosyjskiej elity, niniejsze opracowanie przedstawia wpływ przedstawicieli rosyjskich elit na politykę i procesy społeczne w krajach tego regionu. Opracowanie zawiera analizę już istniejących koncepcji naukowych dotyczących teorii elit, badając ich wpływ i rolę w społeczeństwie. Opisuje skład i strukturę rosyjskich elit, w tym kluczowe elementy, czynniki i mechanizmy, które determinują ich wpływ na politykę i społeczeństwo. Analizuje również wpływ wspomnianych rosyjskich elit na wybrane kraje Europy Środkowo-Wschodniej, takie jak Węgry, Czechy, Polska, Białoruś i Ukraina.

The study analyses the influence of Russian elites on the countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Based on the theoretical concepts of elites and the structure of the Russian elite, the study reveals the impact of Russian representatives on politics and social processes in the countries of this region. This work includes an analysis of already existing scientific concepts about the theories of elites, considering their influence and role in society. Description of the composition and structure of the Russian elite, including key elements, factors and mechanisms that determine its influence in politics and society. It also examines the impact of these Russian elites on selected Central and Eastern European countries such as Hungary, the Czech Republic, Poland, Belarus and Ukraine.
