Abstrakt (EN)
Literary interview stretches between what has been said during the real encounter and its recorded form, between a situation when two or more people meet and the content of their conversation, the gist of it. It seems that even if the final version is the result of a very thorough editing, restructuring of the original material, still the reader (never fully aware of the circumstances in which the text came into existence and the extent of the editorial work, yet often realising the fact) treats it as if it was the true image of the encounter. It is so because of the reader’s imagination: while reading, the reader sees the sentences as being, to some extent, “said”, and falls in with the suggestion the composition provides. Kaniecki in his article focuses on the “event” elements of interviews, those that appeal to the reader’s imagination, provoke the reader to use it.
