Abstrakt (EN)
The article is a study of the features and the structure of a cultural intelligence, its connection with emotional intelligence, an analysis of its impact on the negotiation process and on intercultural communication, as well as the tools for assessing negotiators on the scale and a questionnaire of cultural intelligence. The article discusses the main theoretical provisions of the topic under study, offering various approaches to the classification of different types of intelligence and their relationship. Accordingly, different cultures require different negotiation styles. Research in this area proves that the knowledge and skills of emotional and cultural intelligence acquired in the process of teaching intercultural communication are in high demand in the business environment. However, their development is also possible at the stage of study at universities.
