Analyse linguistique du « discours de haine » en ligne : implications pour des systèmes d’IA de modération

Niniejsza praca z zakresu językoznawstwa traktuje o współczesnych zagadnieniach lingwistycznych, takich jak analiza mowy nienawiści w przestrzeni internetowej z uwzględnieniem wykładników leksykalnych subiektywności, wzbogacona środkami automatycznego przetwarzanie języka naturalnego. Za pośrednictwem programu lingwistycznego NooJ, przeprowadzono analizę sentymentu (ang. opinion mining), która polega na ekstrakcji sentymentu z korpusu. Wykryte elementy klasyfikowane są w zależności od nacechowania emocjonalnego – alarmująco lub nienawistnie. W dalszej części pracy przybliżono zagadnienia związane z dziedziną językoznawstwa komputerowego, dokonano analizy wykładników subiektywności oraz przedstawiono metodologię badań, popartą przykładami i testem weryfikującym mającym na celu wykazanie skuteczności stworzonego oprogramowania.

This paper on linguistics addresses contemporary issues such as the analysis of hate speech online, taking into account lexical indicators of subjectivity, enhanced by automatic natural language processing. Using the NooJ linguistic software, an opinion mining analysis was conducted to extract sentiments from the corpus. The detected elements are classified based on their emotional content: alarming or hateful. The thesis introduces the key issues in this field, analyzes the indicators of subjectivity, and presents the research methodology, supported by examples and a test designed to demonstrate the effectiveness of the developed software.

Ce document sur la linguistique traite des questions linguistiques contemporaines telles que l'analyse de discours de haine dans l'espace, en prenant en compte les indicateurs lexicales de la subjectivité, enrichies par le traitement automatique du langage naturel. À l’aide du logiciel linguistique NooJ, on a réalisé une analyse de sentiment visant à extraire les sentiments de corpus. Les éléments détectés peuvent être classés selon le degré de leur contenu émotionnel : alarmant ou haineux. Le mémoire introduit les enjeux dans ce domaine, l’analyse des indicateurs de la subjectivité et présente la méthodologie soutenue par des exemples, ainsi qu’un test qui a pour but de montrer l’efficacité d’un logiciel créé.
