Bliski Wschód: w poszukiwaniu nowej równowagi

Faced with the limitation of the activities of jihadist organizations and the relative reduction in the influence on the behavior of regional actors of contradictions generated by local conflicts (such as in Syria, Iraq or Yemen), the diplomacy of the United States and regional actors focused their efforts on two dimensions. First, efforts were made to normalize these relations by proposing new peace solutions for Israel and the Arab world. At the same time, efforts were made to marginalize the Palestinian issue as a key factor in determining these relations so far. Second, efforts continued to deepen Iran's international isolation and thus accelerate the erosion of its political system. In both cases, the successes seem partial, and the change in power in Washington creates the premises for redefining goals and priorities in shaping the strategy of the American power in the Middle East.
