Film ona i on - śmierć i sens życia a filmoterapia

Praca koncentruje się na omówieniu terapii filmowej oraz analizie jej wpływu na dobrostan ludzki. Jest również analizą przykładowych filmów poruszających tematykę śmierci, sensu życia oraz przemijania, które w mojej ocenie mogą mieć walory terapeutyczne. Poprzez zgłębienie tematyki filmoterapii oraz analizę konkretnych produkcji filmowych, praca ma na celu poszerzenie naszej wiedzy na temat roli filmu w terapii. Ponadto praca stawia pytanie o znaczenie filmoterapii jako dziedziny terapii . Postaram się udowodnić, że tytułowa „ONA” – śmierć, i „ON” – sens, to tak naprawdę nasi przyjaciele, których możemy zaakceptować i z nimi się zaprzyjaźnić, między innymi za pomocą medium, jakim jest film. Pomimo że słowo „sens” w tłumaczeniu na język angielski powinno być „it”, w przypadku tej pracy zostaje przetłumaczone na „he”, mając głębsze znaczenie „licentia poetica”. Jednocześnie słowo a zarazem pojęcie; „filmoterapia” w języku angielskim dokładnie tłumaczy się na „cinematherapy”, co po polsku oznacza „kinoterapia”. Niemniej jednak, w trakcie pisania mojej pracy, zauważyłam problem z używaniem tych terminów jako synonimów. W rzeczywistości cinematherapy i filmtherapy pełnią podobne funkcje, ale nie są tożsame. Dlatego w pracy podnoszę te kwestie i wydaje mi się, że po angielsku powinna być ta dziedzina nazywana „filmtherapy ”jako główny nurt metody terapii filmem. Przedstawiam również swoje sugestie dotyczące usystematyzowania tej metody.

The work focuses on discussing film therapy and analyzing its impact on human well-being. It also analyzes specific films that address themes such as death, the meaning of life, and transience, which, in my opinion, may have therapeutic qualities. By delving into the subject of film therapy and analyzing specific film productions, this paper aims to broaden our knowledge of the role of film in therapy. Additionally, the paper raises the question of the significance of film therapy as a therapeutic field. I will attempt to demonstrate that the titular „SHE” – death, and „HE”– meaning, are actually our friends whom we can accept and befriend, including through the medium of film. Although the word „meaning” in English should be translated as „it”,in this paper, it is translated as „he”, with a deeper meaning of „licentia poetica.” At the same time, the word and concept of „film therapy” in English is accurately translated as „cinema therapy”, which is then translated into Polish as „kinoterapia.” Nevertheless, when writing this paper, I noticed a problem with using these names as synonyms. In reality, cinematherapy and filmtherapy serve similar functions, but are different notions. Therefore, in my work, I address these issues, and it seems to me that in English, this field should be referred to as „filmtherapy”as the main stream of film therapy methods. I also present my suggestions for systematizing this method.
