Platformy SaaS w komunikacji i organizacji wydarzeń edukacyjnych. Studium przypadku platformy Cvent w branży MedTech

This thesis is devoted to the role of SaaS platforms in communication and the organization of educational events in the medical technology industry, as analyzed using the Cvent platform as a case study. The aim of the study was to identify the platform’s impact on organization and information flow, the importance of personalization and automation in communication, ways of utilizing feedback from participants, and the benefits and limitations perceived by users of the tool. The theoretical section discusses the concepts of digital transformation, the platformization of organizational processes, and the software-as-a-service model, as well as the regulatory specifics of the MedTech industry. The original research was conducted using individual in-depth interviews with eleven individuals who organize educational events for healthcare professionals; and the collected data was subjected to thematic analysis. The results indicate that the platform primarily changes the way data is managed and participants are served at the event venue, while having a lesser impact on the content of the message itself, and that the stated importance of personalization does not translate into the use of tools that enable it.
