La narrazione fototestuale. La fotografia come elemento del testo nelle opere di Ferdinando Scianna

Niniejsza praca ma na celu przedstawienie prac fotografa i dziennikarza Ferdinanda Scianny w kontekście rozwoju struktury fototekstów. Omówione zostały wybrane prace, w których narracja stworzona jest z użyciem zdjęć oraz fragmentów prozą. Oba komponenty współpracują ze sobą, by stworzyć spójną całość. Wyodrębnione zostały najważniejsze etapy twórczości fotografa oraz omówiony jego stosunek do dzieł należących do odmiany fototekstów. Wstęp zawiera krótką informację o rozwoju struktury fototekstów oraz ich klasyfikację opracowaną przez Michele Cometa. Pierwszy rozdział odnosi się do prac Ferdinanda Scianny, które chociaż nie należą jeszcze do fototekstów, wyraźnie przedstawiają chęć autora do eksperymentów z tą strukturą. Drugi rozdział omawia pierwszą i najważniejszą pracę fotografa spełniającą wszystkie kryteria fototekstu, Quelli di Bagheria, w zestawieniu z książką Annie Ernaux, Lata. Trzeci rozdział przedstawia natomiast jedną z najobszerniejszych prac fotografa z zakresu fototekstu, Visti&Scritti, w zestawieniu z pierwszą pracą Annie Ernaux wykorzystującą omawianą strukturę, Photojournal.

This work aims to present the work of photographer and journalist Ferdinando Scianna in the context of the development of the structure of phototext. With selection of works in which the narrative is created using photos and prose fragments. Both components work together to create a coherent whole. Were distinguished the most important stages of the photographer's work. The introduction contains brief information about the development of the structure of phototexts and their classification developed by Michele Cometa. The first chapter refers to the works of Ferdinand Scianna, which, although not yet considered phototexts, clearly demonstrate the author's willing to experiment with this structure. The second chapter discusses the first and most important work of the photographer that contains all of the criteria of phototext, Quelli di Bagheria, in comparison with Annie Ernaux's book, The Years. The third chapter presents one of the photographer's most extensive work in the field of phototext, Visti&Scritti, in comparison with Annie Ernaux's first work using the discussed structure, Photojournal.

Questa tesi tenta di presentare le opere del fotografo e giornalista Ferdinando Scianna nel contesto dello sviluppo della struttura dei fototesti. Vengono discusse le opere in cui la narrazione viene creata utilizzando foto e frammenti scritti. Entrambi i componenti lavorano per creare un insieme. Sono state evidenziate le fasi più importanti del lavoro del fotografo ed è stato discusso il suo atteggiamento nei confronti delle opere appartenenti ai fototesti. L'introduzione contiene brevi informazioni sullo sviluppo della struttura dei fototesti e sulla loro classificazione elaborata da Michele Comet. Il primo capitolo fa riferimento alle opere di Ferdinando Scianna, che, pur non essendo ancora considerate fototesti, dimostrano chiaramente la volontà dell'autore di sperimentare questa struttura. Nel secondo capitolo viene discusso il primo e più importante lavoro che appartiene alla struttura del fototesto, Quelli di Bagheria, in confronto con il libro di Annie Ernaux, Gli Anni. Il terzo capitolo presenta uno dei lavori più estesi del fotografo nel campo del fototesto, Visti&Scritti, in confronto con il primo lavoro di Annie Ernaux che utilizza la struttura discussa, Photojournal.
