Praca magisterska skupia się na analizie ewolucji wieczystej neutralności państwa w kontekście zmieniających się uwarunkowań geopolitycznych. Studium przypadku obejmuje Szwajcarię i Austrię. Celem pracy jest zbadanie i porównanie, w jaki sposób oba kraje definiują i realizują status państwa neutralnego, a także analiza ich relacji z Unią Europejską. Pierwszy rozdział omawia istotę, charakterystykę i konsekwencje posiadania statusu państwa wieczyście neutralnego. Drugi i trzeci rozdział to komparatystyczna analiza neutralności Szwajcarii i Austrii. Praca konkluduje, że całkowita rezygnacja z neutralności w obu krajach pozostanie raczej przedmiotem spekulacji niż realistyczną perspektywą.

The master's thesis focuses on analyzing the evolution of permanent state neutrality in the context of changing geopolitical conditions. The case study covers Switzerland and Austria. The aim of the thesis is to examine and compare how both countries define and implement their neutral status, as well as to analyze their relations with the European Union. The first chapter discusses the essence, characteristics, and consequences of having the status of a permanently neutral state. The second and third chapters are a comparative analysis of the neutrality of Switzerland and Austria. The thesis concludes that a complete renunciation of neutrality in both countries will remain a subject of speculation rather than a realistic prospect.
