Udzielanie świadczenia zdrowotnego małoletniemu pacjentowi

Tematem niniejszej pracy jest przebieg działań zmierzających do udzielenia świadczenia zdrowotnego małoletniemu pacjentowi. Na podstawie analizy przepisów ustaw medycznych, w szczególności ustawy o zawodach lekarza i lekarza dentysty i ustawy o prawach pacjenta i Rzeczniku Praw Pacjenta określone zostały poszczególne etapy procedury udzielania małoletniemu pomocy medycznej. Dodatkowo zidentyfikowano problemy jakie personel medyczny może napotkać. Praca zawiera również rekomendacje i wskazówki mające na celu doskonalenie procedur związanych z udzielaniem świadczeń zdrowotnych.

The subject of this study is the course of actions aimed at providing medical services to a minor patient. Based on the analysis of the provisions of medical acts, in particular the Act on the Profession of Physician and Dentist and the Act on Patient's Rights and Patient's Rights Ombudsman, the individual stages of the procedure of providing medical assistance to a minor have been identified. In addition, the problems that medical personnel may encounter have been identified. The work also contains recommendations and guidelines for the improvement of procedures related to the provision of health services.
