«Мне кажется, я подберу слова...»: три смысла стихотворения Бориса Пастернака

The article is an interpretation of Boris Pasternak’s poem devoted to Anna Akhmatova entitled Мне кажется, я подберу слова… (I think, I’ll find the words). The author analyses the poem on three levels: 1) biographical level (personal relationship of the poets); 2) the level of poetics (the poem as an explication of Pasternak’s individual style); 3) theoretical level (the poem of Pasternak as a declaration of ars poetica). Particular attention is paid to the literary theory embodied in the poem, which is considered against the background of the Russian poetic tradition of the 19th and 20th centuries (Vasily Zhukovsky, Afanasy Fet, Anna Akhmatova, Osip Mandelshtam).
