A conceptual framework of information systems for organizational creativity support. Lessons from empirical investigations

Based on a review of the subject literature, a conceptual framework of information systems for organizational creativity support is proposed. The most important elements in creating such a system are identified and described. Finally, the results of a survey conducted in twenty-five organizations are used to better understand the most important elements and factors determining the development of information systems for organizational creativity support.
