Wolontariat jako pedagogika inkluzji społecznej. Studium przypadku Stowarzyszenia Grupy Wolontarystycznej “Agrafka”

Praca magisterska pt. „Wolontariat jako pedagogia inkluzji społecznej, studium przypadku – Stowarzyszenie Grupa Wolontarystyczna “Agrafka” analizuje pojęcie inkluzji w wolontariacie w ogóle. Celem niniejszej pracy magisterskiej było zbadanie czy Stowarzyszenie Grupa Wolontarystyczna „Agrafka” ma znamiona organizacji inkluzywnej. Badanie przeprowadzono na grupie 6 wolontariuszy, zróżnicowanej pod względem stażu w grupie, wieku i płci. Zastosowano metodę indywidualnych przypadków w postaci wywiadów jawnych pogłębionych z dyspozycjami. Technikami użytymi w pracy były natomiast autoetnografia badacza oraz socjologia wizualna w postaci 4 zdjęć z działań, w których uczestniczyli wolontariusze. Próba badawcza została dobrana w sposób celowy, aby badani respondenci posiadali określoną i interesującą wiedzę z zakresu funkcjonowania i działania grupy. Wywiady przeprowadzono za pomocą komunikatora internetowego Facebook poprzez rozmowę video, która została nagrana i poddana transkrypcji. Głównym celem pracy było poznanie funkcjonowania i opis Grupy Wolontarystycznej „Agrafka” jako organizacji inkluzywnej. Wyniki badania pozwoliły na osiągnięcie powyższego celu, wskazując, że Stowarzyszenie Grupa Wolontarystyczna „Agrafka” jest organizacją inkluzywną. Dowieść tego udało się poprzez dogłębne zbadanie zasad funkcjonowania grupy tj. statutu, regulaminu, misji oraz jej celów. Problematyka badawcza pracy skupiała się na zbadaniu czy Grupa Wolontarystyczna „Agrafka” nosi znamiona organizacji inkluzywnej. Szczegółowo zbadano również jakie założenia inkluzji są przez nią realizowane, jak grupa integruje różne grupy społeczne oraz w jaki sposób wolontariusze postrzegają jej działalność. Praca stanowi istotny wkład dla obszaru organizacji non profit, sugerując, że metody jakimi posługuje się badana grupa są skuteczne w działalności wolontarystycznej.

The master's thesis titled Volunteering as Pedagogy of Social Inclusion: A Case Study – Volunteer Group Association 'Agrafka' analyzes the concept of inclusion in volunteering in general. The aim of this master's thesis was to examine whether the Volunteer Group Association Agrafka exhibits characteristics of an inclusive organization. The research was conducted with a group of six volunteers, diverse in terms of their experience in the group, age, and gender. The method of individual case studies was used, in the form of in-depth open interviews with specific guidelines. The techniques employed in the study included the researcher's autoethnography and visual sociology in the form of four photographs of activities in which the volunteers participated. The research sample was purposefully selected to ensure that the respondents possessed specific and relevant knowledge about the functioning and activities of the group. The interviews were conducted via the Facebook internet messenger using video calls, which were recorded and transcribed. The main objective of the thesis was to understand the functioning and describe the Volunteer Group Agrafka as an inclusive organization. The research results allowed the achievement of this goal, indicating that the Volunteer Group Association Agrafka is indeed an inclusive organization. This was demonstrated by thoroughly examining the group's principles of operation, such as its statute, regulations, mission, and objectives. The research problem focused on determining whether the Volunteer Group Agrafka shows the characteristics of an inclusive organization. Additionally, the study explored what assumptions of inclusion are implemented by the group, how it integrates various social groups, and how volunteers perceive its activities. This thesis provides a significant contribution to the field of nonprofit organizations, suggesting that the methods employed by the studied group are effective in voluntary activities.
