Instytucjonalne wsparcie oferowane osobom z niepełnosprawnością w środowisku lokalnym, na przykładzie działań m.st. Warszawy- inicjatywy, ewaluacja

Celem pracy była analiza oferty wsparcia dla osób z niepełnosprawnościami w m.st. Warszawa. Obowiązujący program został zestawiony z opiniami beneficjentów oraz pracujących z nimi specjalistów. Badania obejmowały analizę dokumentów oraz wywiady indywidualne i grupowe. Praca skupia się na beneficjentach z diagnozą niepełnosprawności intelektualnej i/lub spektrum autyzmu. Na podstawie badań stwierdzono, że miejska oferta wsparcia jest znana i pozytywnie oceniana przez grupę badawczą. Największe braki występują w obszarze aktywizacji zawodowej oraz w obszarze informacyjnym. Beneficjenci i terapeuci nie uczestniczą w tworzeniu i ewaluacji programów wsparcia.

The aim of this thesis was to analyze the support services available for people with disabilities in the Capital City of Warsaw. The current program was contrasted with the opinions of both beneficiaries and the specialists working with them. The research methodology involved document analysis as well as individual and group interviews. The study focuses specifically on beneficiaries diagnosed with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder. Based on the findings, it was concluded that the city's support services are well-known and positively evaluated by the research group. The most significant deficiencies were identified in the areas of vocational activation and access to information. Furthermore, the results indicate that beneficiaries and therapists do not participate in the creation and evaluation of these support programs.
