Praca magisterska „Platforma Usług Elektronicznych Zakładu Ubezpieczeń Społecznych jako element sprawnej administracji” przedstawia tematykę elektronicznej platformy udostępnianej przez Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych dla klientów i jej kluczowe znaczenie w realizowanych zadaniach administracyjnych. Za hipotezę badawczą w niniejszej pracy przyjęto: Platforma Usług Elektronicznych jest niezbędnym narzędziem wykorzystywanym w e-administracji, zaś głównym problemem było: jaką rolę odgrywa Platforma Usług Elektronicznych w realizacji zadań przez Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych we współczesnej administracji? Praca skupia się na przedstawieniu instytucji Zakładu Ubezpieczeń Społecznych i realizowanych przez nią zadań oraz udostępnianego przez Zakład narzędzia, czyli Platformy Usług Elektronicznych. Szczegółowo został przedstawiony mechanizm korzystania z platformy oraz zakres możliwości i oferowane e-usługi w zależności od profilu użytkownika. Praca przedstawia również w jakim zakresie platforma wykorzystywana jest przez społeczeństwo i jakie znaczenie ma to przy realizacji procesów administracyjnych. Pracę magisterską napisano z wykorzystaniem metody opisowej. Do napisania pracy wykorzystano fachową literaturę z zakresu ubezpieczeń społecznych oraz procesów administracyjnych, w szczególności z zakresu e-administracji. Wykorzystano również liczne publikacje na stronach Zakładu Ubezpieczeń Społecznych, a także materiały dotyczące Platformy Usług Elektronicznych publikowane przez Zakład. Na podstawie analizy zgromadzonych materiałów potwierdzono istotne znaczenie Platformy Usług Elektronicznych we współczesnej e-administracji, a także jej znaczący wpływ na funkcjonowanie instytucji Zakładu Ubezpieczeń Społecznych.

The master's thesis The Electronic Services Platform of the Social Insurance Institution as an element of efficient administration presents the subject of the electronic platform provided by the Social Insurance Institution for customers and its key importance in the administrative tasks carried out. The research hypothesis in this study is as follows: The Electronic Services Platform is an indispensable tool used in e-government, while the main problem was: what role does the Electronic Services Platform play in the implementation of tasks by the Social Insurance Institution in modern administration? The paper focuses on presenting the institution of the Social Insurance Institution and the tasks it performs, as well as the tool provided by the Institution, the Electronic Services Platform. The mechanism of using the platform is presented in detail, as well as the range of possibilities and e-services offered depending on the user profile. The work also presents to what extent the platform is used by the public and the importance of this in the implementation of administrative processes. The master's thesis was written using the descriptive method. The thesis was written using professional literature on social insurance and administrative processes, especially e-government. Numerous publications on the Social Insurance Institution's website were also used, as well as materials on the Electronic Services Platform published by the Institution. Based on the analysis of the collected materials, the significant importance of the Electronic Services Platform in modern e-government was confirmed, as well as its significant impact on the functioning of the Social Insurance Institution.
