Niniejsza praca porusza problematykę dotyczącą wpływu Internetu na rozwój dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym. Na podstawie literatury przedmiotu przedstawiono różne teorie dotyczącą rozwoju człowieka. W pracy opisano jak przebiega rozwój dzieci, które są w wieku przedszkolnym. Uwzględniono zmiany zarówno fizyczne, jak i psychiczne, które mają miejsce na tym etapie życia dziecka. Przybliżono kluczowe czynniki, które mają wpływ na rozwój dzieci, co pokazuje jak wiele elementów otoczenia ma wpływ na przebieg tego procesu. Jednym z tych elementów jest Internet, którego rola w życiu człowieka na przestrzeni ostatnich lat stanowczo wzrosła. W wirtualnej przestrzeni poruszają się nie tylko dorośli, lecz również dzieci, także te najmłodsze. W pracy opisano aktywność dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym w Internecie. Mając na uwadze fakt, iż w przestrzeni wirtualnej stale przybywa najmłodszych użytkowników. Opisano także zasady korzystania z Internetu, które powinni wdrożyć rodzice, żeby w pełni zadbać o bezpieczeństwo swoich pociech. W ramach pracy przeprowadzono badania, które pozwoliły zapoznać się ze spostrzeżeniami rodziców dotyczącymi tego, jak Internet wpływa na ich dzieci w wieku przedszkolnym.

This thesis deals with the impact of the Internet on the development of preschool children. On the basis of the literature of the subject, various theories regarding human development are presented. The work describes the development of children who are of preschool age. It takes into account both physical and mental changes that take place at this stage of the child’s life. The key factors that influence the development of children are explained, which shows how many elements of the environment influence the course of this process. One of these elements is the Internet, whose role in human life has definitely increased in recent years. In the virtual space move not only adults, but also children, even the youngest. The work describes the activity of preschool children on the Internet. Taking into account the fact that the youngest users are constantly arriving in the virtual space. It also describes the rules of use of the Internet, which parents should implement in order to fully ensure the safety of their children. As part of the work, research was carried out, which allowed to get acquainted with parents' observations about how the Internet affects their preschool children.
