Prawna ochrona cmentarzy

Celem pracy jest pozyskanie informacji o ochronie i zabezpieczeniu cmentarzy przed aktami profanacji i wandalizmów, a także rozpoznanie kim są sprawcy aktów bezczeszczenia grobów i jakie są ich motywy działania. W pracy skupiono się na genezie, formach bezczeszczenia grobów, wykrywalności aktów bezczeszczenia grobów, metodach przeciwdziałania wandalizmom cmentarnym oraz regulacjach prawnych obowiązujących w Polsce. Z badań własnych wynika, że sprawcami aktów bezczeszczenia grobów są głównie młodzi chłopcy, często pod wpływem alkoholu i innych środków odurzających w trakcie popełnienia czynu; sprawcy szukają sposobów, aby dać upust swojej złości lub mają chęć wzbogacenia się na bardziej wartościowych rzeczach, a niestrzeżone cmentarze stają się doskonałym do tego miejscem; mamy do czynienia ze zbyt niskimi karami, które nie przyczyniają się do skutecznego odstraszania sprawców lub z problemem identyfikacji podejrzanych.

The purpose of the work is to obtain information on the protection and security of cemeteries from acts of desecration and vandalism, as well as to identify who the perpetrators of acts of grave desecration are and what are their motives for their actions. The work focuses on the origins, forms of desecration of graves, the detectability of acts of grave desecration, methods of preventing cemetery vandalism, and legal regulations in force in Poland. The research own research shows that the perpetrators of acts of grave desecration are mainly young boys, often under the influence of alcohol and other drugs when committing the act; The perpetrators are looking for ways to give vent to their anger or have a desire to enrich themselves on the more valuable things, and unguarded cemeteries become a perfect place for this place; there are penalties that are too low and do not contribute to the effective deterrence of perpetrators or with the problem of identifying suspects.
