Doktryna horthyzmu wobec wybranych zagadnień polityczno-prawnych

Zasadniczym zagadnieniem pracy jest ideologia horthyzmu i ustroju Węgier w latach międzywojennych 1920-1944/45. Analiza obejmuje przedstawienie najważniejszych założeń ideologii i prawa Węgier pod rządami regenta Miklósa Horthyego. Praca porusza wątki sytuacji monarchizmu, autorytaryzmu, konserwatyzmu Horthyego, faszyzmu węgierskiego, antysemityzmu a także konstytucjonalizmu węgierskiego, ustroju, ideologii chrześcijańsko- narodowej jak również opresyjnego systemu.

The fundamental issue of the work is the ideology of horthyism and the Hungarian political system in the interwar years 1920-1944/45. The analysis includes the presentation of the main assumptions of the ideology and law of Hungary under Regent Miklós Horthy. The work touches on the situation of monarchism, authoritarianism, Horthy's conservatism, Hungarian fascism, anti- Semitism as well as Hungarian constitutionalism, Christian-national ideology as well as the law and the oppressive system.
