Niniejsza praca dotyczy tłumaczenia sportowego w celu analizy tekstów sportowych tłumaczonych z języka polskiego na hiszpański na stronie internetowej www.estadiosdb.com. Opierając się na ogólnodostępnych publikacjach (Uyanık; Nida; Venuti; Zhang i Zeng; Molina i Hurtado Albir; Aleixandre-Benavent i in.; Estalayo; Payne) oraz wywiadzie z jednym z redaktorów wspomnianej strony, część teoretyczna przedstawia podstawowe informacje na temat tej specjalizacji, takie jak jej typy, kompetencje niezbędne do jej opanowania, a także strategie i techniki stosowane w tłumaczeniu sportowych. This paper explores the topic of sports translation with the aim of analyzing sports texts translated from Polish into Spanish on the website www.estadiosdb.com. Based on publicly available articles (Uyanık; Nida; Venuti; Zhang & Zeng; Molina & Hurtado Albir; Aleixandre-Benavent et. al; Estalayo; Payne) and an interview with one of the editors of the aforementioned website, the theoretical part outlines the fundamental aspects of this specialization: its types, the skills required to master it, and the strategies and techniques commonly used in sports translation. Additionally, one chapter is devoted to the challenges faced by sports translators. The practical part includes an analysis of articles translated from the Polish version of the website www.stadiony.net into Spanish on www.estadiosdb.com. The analysis focuses on identifying the strategies and techniques applied, evaluating the overall quality of the translation, proposing alternative solutions, and highlighting the problems that the translator may have encountered.

El presente trabajo aborda el tema de la traducción deportiva con el objetivo de analizar textos deportivos traducidos del polaco al español en el sitio web www.estadiosdb.com. Basándose en trabajos disponibles públicamente (Uyanık; Nida; Venuti; Zhang y Zeng; Molina y Hurtado Albir; Aleixandre-Benavent et. al; Estalayo; Payne) y una entrevista con uno de los editores del sitio mencionado, la parte teórica presenta la información fundamental sobre esta especialización, como sus tipos, las competencias necesarias para su dominio, así como las estrategias y técnicas habitualmente empleadas en la traducción de textos deportivos. Además, uno de los capítulos está dedicado a los desafíos que enfrentan los traductores deportivos. La parte práctica incluye el análisis de artículos traducidos de la versión polaca del sitio www.stadiony.net al español en www.estadiosdb.com. El estudio consiste en identificar las estrategias y técnicas utilizadas, evaluar la calidad de la traducción, proponer posibles alternativas y señalar los problemas que el traductor pudo haber encontrado.
