Elementy krytyki społecznej w powieści Roberta Musila „Niepokoje wychowanka Törleßa

Celem pracy jest analiza powieści „Niepokoje wychowanka Törleßa Roberta Musila. Akcja utworu toczy się w szkole z internatem w ostatnich latach istnienia Austro-Węgier. Autor ukazuje dojrzewanie bohaterów krytykując ówczesne szkolnictwo. W przedłożonej pracy podejmuję próbę wykazania, iż na przykładzie bohaterów powieści Musil wyraża krytykę autorytarnego systemu. Po omówieniu stanu badań, kluczowych pojęć i uzasadnieniu wyboru metody analitycznej przybliżam biografię autora. W części analitycznej koncentruję się na elementach krytyki społecznej w powieści Niepokoje wychowanka Törleßa. W podsumowaniu stwierdzam, że Robert Musil na przykładzie losów ukazuje monarchię habsburską przed jej nieuchronnym upadkiem.

The aim of the work is to analyze the novel „The Confusions of Young Törleß” by Robert Musil. The action of the piece takes place in a boarding school in the last years of the existence of Austria-Hungary. Author shows the characters maturation by criticizing the education of the time. In the presented work, I attempt to demonstrate that Musil expresses criticism of the authoritarian system using the example of the novel's characters. After discussing the state of research, key concepts and justifying the choice of analytical method, I present the author's biography. In the analytical part, I focus on the elements of social criticism in the novel „The Confusions of Young Törleß” . In conclusion, I say that Robert Musil uses the example of fate to show the Habsburg monarchy before its inevitable fall.
