Ocena poziomu wiedzy matek na temat wpływu karmienia naturalnego na rozwój mowy dziecka

W pierwszym rozdziale znajduje się teoretyczne wprowadzenie w tematykę karmienia naturalnego i rozwoju mowy dziecka, odnoszące się do zakresu pytań ankietowych. Zawarłam w nim opis prenatalnego przygotowania do nabywania języka (rozwój narządów umożliwiających percepcję i realizację komunikatów werbalnych) oraz okresy rozwoju mowy wyodrębnione przez Leona Kaczmarka (okres melodii, wyrazu, swoistej mowy dziecięcej). Następnie naświetliłam problematykę nieprawidłowości powyższych procesów, ze szczególnym zwróceniem uwagi na samoistne opóźnienie rozwoju mowy. Opisana została terminologia, przyczyny oraz objawy zaburzenia. Za wartą przytoczenia uznałam także klasyfikację zaburzeń mowy autorstwa Haliny Mierzejewskiej i Danuty Emiluty-Rozyi. Zwróciłam szczególną uwagę na możliwy wpływ karmienia naturalnego na profilaktykę poszczególnych zaburzeń. W kolejnej części rozdziału teoretycznego skupiłam się na procesie karmienia naturalnego. Przytoczyłam oficjalne zalecenia Światowej Organizacji Zdrowia, opisałam proces ssania oraz różnice między karmieniem naturalnym a sztucznym. Miałam na celu wykazanie przewagi karmienia naturalnego nad sztucznym, głównie pod kątem profilaktyki logopedycznej. Następnie opisałam prawidłowy sposób karmienia naturalnego. Wykazałam, że poprawne przystawianie dziecka do piersi również ma niebagatelne znaczenie dla rozwoju twarzoczaszki i usprawnienie narządów mownych oraz zaznaczyłam, na co przede wszystkim warto zwrócić uwagę podczas karmienia. Opisałam także najczęstsze przyczyny zaburzeń, które mogą negatywnie wpływać zarówno na pobieranie pokarmu, jak i na pozostałe funkcje prymarne oraz artykulację. W ostatniej części rozdziału teoretycznego skupiłam się na funkcjach prymarnych (pobieraniu i obróbce oralnej pokarmu, połykaniu, pozycji spoczynkowej języka): normatywnym przebiegu, przyczynach i skutkach zaburzeń oraz ich wpływie na artykulację. W drugim rozdziale opisana została przeze mnie metodologia badań własnych: cel i przedmiot badań, główny problem badawczy oraz siedem problemów szczegółowych, hipotezy badawcze, przebieg badań, charakterystyka badanych osób, metody i techniki badawcze oraz narzędzia badawcze. Do przeprowadzenia niniejszych badań wybrałam metodę sondażu diagnostycznego oraz związaną z nią technikę badania ankietowego. Uznałam, że jest to najlepszy sposób na poznanie poziomu wiedzy oraz opinii szerszego grona kobiet. Ankieta udostępniona za pomocą platformy internetowej pozwala na przebadanie w krótkim czasie matek z różnych miejscowości. Narzędziem badawczym była stworzona przeze mnie ankieta, zawierająca piętnaście pytań merytorycznych, dotyczących karmienia naturalnego, rozwoju mowy dziecka, roli logopedy oraz pięć pytań, badających prywatne doświadczenia i opinie respondentek. Trzeci rozdział poświęciłam analizie jakościowej i ilościowej wyników badań własnych odnośnie do głównego problemu badawczego oraz siedmiu problemów szczegółowych. Opisane zostały wyniki ankiet, ocena poziomu wiedzy kobiet, wpływ zmiennych na wyniki badań, porównanie prawidłowych wyników z sekcji poświęconych: karmieniu naturalnemu, rozwojowi mowy dziecka, roli logopedy. Przeanalizowałam także pytania dotyczące prywatnych doświadczeń i opinii matek.

The first chapter contains a theoretical introduction to the subject of natural feeding and child speech development, relating to the scope of survey questions. I included a description of prenatal preparation for language acquisition (development of organs enabling the perception and implementation of verbal messages) and the periods of speech development distinguished by Leon Kaczmarek (the period of melody, expression, and specific children's speech). Then I highlighted the issue of abnormalities of the above processes, with particular attention to spontaneous delay in speech development. The terminology, causes, and symptoms of the disorder are described. I also found the classification of speech disorders by Halina Mierzejewska and Danuta Emiluta-Rozya worth mentioning. I paid particular attention to the possible impact of natural feeding on the prevention of particular disorders. In the next part of the theoretical chapter, I focused on the process of natural feeding. I quoted the official recommendations of the World Health Organization, described the sucking process and the differences between natural and artificial feeding. My aim was to demonstrate the advantages of natural feeding over artificial feeding, mainly in terms of speech therapy prevention. Then I described the correct way of natural feeding. I showed that correct latching of the baby to the breast is also of great importance for the development of the facial skeleton and the improvement of the speech organs, and I highlighted what to pay the most attention to when breastfeeding. I also described the most common causes of disorders that may negatively affect both food intake and other primary functions and articulation. In the last part of the theoretical chapter, I focused on the primary functions (intake and oral processing of food, swallowing, resting position of the tongue): the normative course, causes and effects of disorders, and their impact on articulation. In the second chapter, I described the methodology of my own research: the purpose and subject of the research, the main research problem and seven detailed problems, research hypotheses, the course of the research, characteristics of the researched people, research methods and techniques, and research tools. To conduct this research, I chose the diagnostic survey method and the related survey technique. I decided that this was the best way to learn the level of knowledge and opinions of a wider group of women. The survey made available via an online platform allows mothers from different towns to be surveyed in a short time. The research tool was a questionnaire I had created, containing fifteen substantive questions regarding natural feeding, the child's speech development, the role of a speech therapist, and five questions examining the respondents' private experiences and opinions. The third chapter was devoted to the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the results of my research regarding the main research problem and seven specific problems. In the chapter I describe the results of the surveys, the assessment of women's level of knowledge, the influence of variables on the test results, and the comparison of correct results from the sections devoted to natural feeding, the child's speech development, and the role of a speech therapist. I also analyzed questions about mothers' private experiences and opinions.
